Something I just noticed.

I was trying to get back to my older blogs & when I clicked archive I still wasn't getting all of them.  You have to go to the bottom of the page & click "older posts" & click it each time to go back further

I have posted 15 in July & 9 in June.
So please check what you may have missed

About the blog & more Denali

Hi to everyone.  I am still trying to figure this blog out.  You have no doubt noticed by this time that the blogs go newest to oldest- top to bottom.  They also only show 2 in this month so you have to go down where it says "older" posts to see the other 3.

You have to go to the June archives for the first 6, & then down to the bottom for the very first 3.  Sorry, it is strange, but I do want you to be able to view them all.

There are 14. We are well & had sun every day in Denali.  There was a lot of smoke though & I read that there's 125 or so fires
now.  No campfires so we had to do s'mores
over the stove!!

We at least got some relaxing time in the late afternoons at Denali.  Our last day at Denali was spent going to Savage River.  We took the shuttle bus to the campground where there were two walking trails & this ranger cabin, still in use by the dog sledders in winter.  We saw a moose on the way but didn't get a pic.

The bird is a Ptarmagin.

These pictures are of the Savage river. Look closely as there is a caribou out there in the middle.

 I think this one may help.

We left the national park today for the state park.  Today was damp, cold, & a little drizzly.  Still can't see the Denali Mountain.
What we did see was a mom & baby moose.

We went to the first state park viewpoint but
nothing to see.  We will check out the other view tomorrow on our way to Anchorage.

It will be a couple of days before I post again.
